1. Order Confirmation and Modifications:

  • Orders confirmed with payment cannot be altered or canceled under any circumstances.

2. Payment and Stock Availability:

  • Payment is processed once stock availability is confirmed. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will propose alternatives, request additional time, or provide a full refund.

3. Local Taxes and Duties:

  • Customers are accountable for local taxes, such as VAT and customs duties.
  • The product cost does not encompass local taxes in the customer’s country.

4. GST Invoice (Indian Customers):

  • In India, we provide GST invoices. To claim a GST refund, please furnish your GST number during the order process.

5. Stock Availability and Substitutes:

  • While we endeavor to maintain ample stock, occasionally selected items may be unavailable. In such cases, suitable alternatives can be selected.

6. Branding and Customization:

  • We retain the right to include our logo, website, and product code on items without compromising the product’s essence.

7. Customization and Approval:

  • Customization is subject to our discretion.
  • We strive to replicate samples, but minor variations may occur due to material characteristics.
  • We assume responsibility for errors in printing after customer-approved proofs, excluding customer-induced errors.


8. Color Variation and Displays:

  • Displayed colors may marginally differ due to monitor variations. We recommend purchasing a sample before finalizing your order.


9. Printing Errors and Proofs:

  • We take accountability for printing errors following proof approval.
  • Errors present in customer-approved proofs are not our liability.

10. Manual Printing and Color Variation:

  • Manual printing might result in minor color variations in the text.

11. Envelopes and Adhesive:

  • Envelopes are not self-adhesive by default.

12. Shipping and Transport:

  • We engage reputable couriers/transporters. However, delays or damages during transit are not within our purview.


13. Invoices and Receipts:

  • Invoices and receipts are issued under “Lovely Offset Printers Private Limited.”


14. Proof Revisions and Charges:

  • Customers are entitled to three free proofs. Additional layout changes may incur charges.

15. Printing Expectations and Proofs:

  • Printing outcomes rely on customer-approved layouts.
  • Pay for printed proofs for precise expectations.

16. Product Sizing and Placement:

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size to ensure optimal text placement.

17. Unresolved Issues and Finality:

  • Our determinations regarding unresolved matters are considered final.
  • For clarifications, please contact us directly rather than making assumptions.

18. Design-Yourself Items:

  • Responsibility rests with providing items as per your online editing.
  • Review content carefully before granting final approval.

19. Limitation of Liability:

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from declined authorization beyond the mutually agreed limits.
